Vale of Lune Beef We select our beef for taste and tenderness, buying live from the Lune Valley and carcass from Yorkshire, Cheshire and Scottish premier beef from Aberdeen. our "extra mature" range has been hung between 17 and 25 days. Wherever possible we use traditional breeds such as Aberdeen Angus and Hereford cattle, which produce succulent beef with marbling.
