We are very happy with the service and find all the staff most helpful especially if we requests different cuts of meat. Our customers often comment on the quality and flavour of the meat."
  • David Mooney, Chef Patron, New Moon Pub Co

‘Well, here you have a supplier that does everything, sources fabulous produce, locally mostly, it has knowledge & butchery skills that enable us chefs to get on with what we do best, no not moan & bitch but cook! John is one of those all to rare a supplier who truly understands the food chain from farmer to end user, this knowledge always shows in the standard of produce available from Cornvale. It really is what we need, a supplier who matches the high standards we set ourselves, always sought but rarely found, trust me I’ve used the old bugger for 30 years.’
